Sharon's artistic abilities came naturally, and at the early age of 10 she won her first art competition. At age 15 she was commissioned to paint her first two murals at the High School she attended. In 1985 she left her home state of Oregon and found herself in the culturally rich Bay Area of California. For years, she worked at Galleries as a color consultant and taught Art classes for Dublin Unified School District. She polished her skills with an array of art classes and traveled several times to Europe visiting renowned museums. For the past nine years she has built her own business creating residential and commercial murals, decorative finishes, Venetian plasters, freehand or custom stencil work, portraits, fine art, and her favorite, Trompe L'oeil. Sharon has been a featured artist on the well known Extreme Home Makeover show and contributes her time and energy to help with schools and the community.
